  • One squeegee and one scraper for print -flood or flood print printing modes.
  • Servo motor driven squeegee assembly.
  • Fully covered printing head.

Machine is designed to reel to reel print electrode pattern on to ceramic foil cast on carrier film (mylar). Punches registration holes (if needed) on edges of mylar tape and dry the print.

    "Dry individual ceramic sheets after printing with SD-3"

    Tunnel type sheet dryer is designed to dry individual ceramic sheets after printing.
       
    • High air flow ensure high drying efficiency.
    • Sheets are transported by stainless steel chain trough a heating tunnel.
    • Two 6x6 (8x8) inch sheets can be placed on to the drying chain next to each other to increase the drying time.
    • Adjustable internal and fresh airflow circulation.
